Our Kids' Ministry is a fun blend of amazing kids, dedicated volunteers, and a heart for kids across our community to hear and experience the good news of Jesus.

Ladner Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Director of Children and Family Ministries to guide our congregation through a meaningful season of rebuilding and renewal. LBC is a multi-generational congregation affiliated with Fellowship Pacific. We are located in the close-knit community of Ladner, about 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver. LBC has been serving our community for more than 125 years, with Sunday attendance of approximately 120-150 people and 200 or more on holidays. Priorities for this position are:

• Provide opportunities for children to be actively involved in the ministry of the church, in an inter-generational capacity, to serve others and to experience being active members of the body of Christ.
• Commit to providing an inclusive ministry for children with diverse needs and abilities.
• Grow our volunteer base to best serve our church and community as we disciple both children and families.

The Director of Children and Families will have relevant education and experience, a sound knowledge of scripture and an ability to apply biblical principles in life and ministry. This person will be a dynamic teacher of children in group settings and a skilled leader of volunteers. A desire to reach unchurched children and families in our community is a must.
